Everything you'd want to ask before ordering

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum. There is no shipping line added at checkout and no charge at the end.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days and delivery takes 7–14 days from there. Every parcel is tracked.

Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guarantees. Customs checks, weather and the October rush can add time.

Order by October 14 and it should be on the porch by October 31. After that date we can't promise it. For large yard pieces, leave yourself time to test the setup before the night itself.

Every order ships with tracking. You'll get an email with the tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves. If tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, write to us and we'll chase it.

Possibly. Because we ship internationally, an order may attract import duties or taxes set by your country's customs authority. Those are outside our control and, where they aren't collected at checkout, they're the recipient's responsibility. We don't mark parcels as gifts or under-declare their value.

If the order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email us immediately with your order number and the correct address. Once it's gone, we can't redirect it. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery; that second attempt may be charged.

14 days from the day your order is delivered — that is your legal right of withdrawal, and we apply it to every order, wherever you are. Any reason at all — "it didn't work in the space" is a complete answer, and you don't have to justify it further.

Email us with your order number. If the item is damaged or faulty, add a photo or short video — it speeds things up a lot. We reply with return instructions within 24 hours on business days.

Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us. Returns sent without prior agreement can't always be accepted.

If the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, we do — you're not out of pocket. If you simply changed your mind, the return shipping is yours.

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

The fastest route is to return what you have and place a new order once the return is approved. Waiting on an exchange usually costs you more October than it saves you money.

Email us as soon as you can. Anything not yet dispatched, we can cancel outright. Once it has shipped, it becomes a return.

Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll replace it or refund you in full. Photos help but aren't a condition of us helping you.

No. Batteries aren't included on any battery-powered item, and each product page states exactly what it needs. The Animated Witch Broom takes 2 AA; the Life-Size Screaming Witch takes 3 AAA. Buy them at the same time.

Choose the US plug option if you're ordering to the United States. The unit runs on 100V–240V, so the plug type is the only thing you need to get right.

It's made for outdoor display and stays inflated while powered, so plan for a continuous outlet rather than a timer. Anchor it properly with the tie-downs, and bring it in during high wind or storms.

It varies with ambient noise, which is why we recommend testing the trigger distance before you commit to a placement. As a rule, put sound-activated pieces just off the walking path rather than at the far end of a yard.

Hard floors work much better. The walking mechanism needs a surface it can grip, and a thick rug or a doorstep will stop it.

Close, but screens vary. Fluorescent and neon colors in particular can look different in daylight than they do lit at night. Hand-measured sizes also carry a small tolerance, usually 1–2 cm. We flag both on the product pages rather than hiding them in fine print.

The finger lights contain small parts and aren't suitable for children under three. The sound-activated props are designed to startle, which is a lot for small children — place them with that in mind.

Checkout is handled by Shopify over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details. The payment methods we accept are shown at the bottom of every page.
