1. Overview

This website is operated by Hallows Night. By visiting nebulanight.com or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and pricing

We do our best to display our products and their colours accurately, but the appearance of a decoration or a light depends on your space, the surface and the ambient light, and hand-measured sizes carry a small tolerance. Prices are shown in your local currency where available; the currency and the exact amount charged are confirmed at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order has been confirmed. If we cancel such an order we will refund you in full.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where an item is unavailable, or where an error has occurred. If we cancel your order we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms. Every order can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

6. Safe use of the products

Our products are decorative items for seasonal use. Follow the instructions supplied with each product. Battery-powered items must be used only with the battery type indicated, and mains-powered items only with the supplied or a suitable certified adapter. Inflatables must be anchored as instructed and taken down in high wind. Small parts are not suitable for children under three, and animated or sound-activated props should be placed with young children in mind. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse, from use with unsuitable power supplies, or from failure to follow the supplied instructions.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, video, graphics and design — belongs to Hallows Night or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Nothing here removes the protection you are entitled to under the consumer law of your country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page is the one in force.
