We do our best to display our products and their colours accurately, but the appearance of a projection depends on your room, the surface and the ambient light. Prices are shown in your local currency where available; the currency and amount charged are confirmed at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order has been confirmed. If we cancel such an order we will refund you in full.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where an item is unavailable, or where an error has occurred. If we cancel your order we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Safe use of the product

This product is a low-power LED night light. Do not stare directly into the lens. Keep the scene films away from children under three, as they are small parts. Use only with a standard USB power source. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse or from use with unsuitable power supplies.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, video, graphics and design — belongs to Nebula or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Nothing here removes the protection you are entitled to under the consumer law of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page is the one in force.
