Refund policy
We want you to be happy with what you ordered from Hallows Night. If you are not, you have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to tell us you want to return it, for any reason.
What can be returned
- Anything, for any reason, if you tell us within 14 days of delivery — you do not need to justify your decision
- Items should be complete, with all parts, accessories and packaging inserts
- Items that arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — in this case we cover the full cost
We cannot accept returns of items that have been deliberately damaged or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
How to start a return
Email alamyrayan037@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and, if the item is damaged or faulty, a photo or short video showing the problem. We reply within 24 hours on business days with return instructions and the return address. Once you have them, you have 14 days to send the item back. Please do not send anything back before contacting us — returns sent without prior agreement may not be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping
- Damaged, faulty or wrong item: we pay. You will not be charged anything.
- Change of mind: the customer pays the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, and in any case no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the refund to your account.
The original shipping cost is refunded only where the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have and place a new order once your return is approved.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel, email alamyrayan037@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped it must be handled as a return.
Your legal rights
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This policy is that right, applied to every customer wherever they live. Nothing in this policy limits the protection you are entitled to under the consumer law of your country of residence.
