Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship worldwide, including all 50 US states. Shipping is free on every order — there are no shipping charges added at checkout, whatever your country.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–14 days once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, weather and peak periods such as the run-up to Halloween can add delays. To have an order on the porch by October 31, we recommend ordering by October 14.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, email us at alamyrayan037@gmail.com and we will investigate.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees applied by the destination country. These are set by your local authorities and are outside our control. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot mark parcels as gifts or declare values lower than the amount paid.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; the cost of that redelivery may be charged to you. If you spot a mistake, email alamyrayan037@gmail.com immediately and we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace it or refund you in full.
