Where we ship

Worldwide, including all 50 US states. Shipping is free on every order — no minimum, no shipping line added at checkout, no surprise charge at the end.

How long it takes

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. From there, delivery takes 7–14 days. Most parcels land inside that window; the odd one takes the full two weeks, which is why we quote it honestly instead of promising the shorter end.

Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guarantees. Customs checks, weather and the run-up to Halloween can add time. If you need something on the porch by October 31, order by October 14 — see the order deadline on our home page.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will get an email with the tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves. If tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days, write to us and we will chase it.

Duties and import fees

We ship internationally, so an order may occasionally attract import duties or taxes set by your country's customs authority. Those charges are outside our control and, where they are not collected at checkout, they are the recipient's responsibility. We do not mark parcels as gifts or under-declare their value.

Check your address

Please double-check your delivery address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and the cost of that second attempt may be passed on. Spotted a mistake? Email us straight away — if the order has not shipped yet, we can fix it.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel arrives damaged, or never arrives at all, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Halloween decor is a judgement call — you have to see the thing in your own hallway before you really know. So you get 14 days from delivery to change your mind, for any reason. The formal version lives in our Refund Policy, and that document governs your order.

The short version

• You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to tell us you want to return it.
• You do not have to explain why.
• Items should come back complete — all parts, accessories and packaging inserts.
• If an item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, we cover everything.

How to start a return

1. Email us with your order number within the 14 days.
2. If the item is damaged or faulty, add a photo or a short video. It speeds things up.
3. We reply with return instructions and the return address. Once you have them, you have 14 more days to send the parcel.

Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us. Returns sent without prior agreement can't always be accepted.

Who pays the return shipping

• Damaged, faulty or the wrong item: we pay. You are not out of pocket.
• Changed your mind: the return shipping is yours.

Your refund

Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Original shipping costs are refunded when the return is our fault.

Exchanges

The fastest route is to return what you have and place a new order once the return is approved.

Cancelling an order

Email us as soon as you can. Anything that hasn't been dispatched yet, we can cancel outright. Once it has shipped, it becomes a return.

What we can't take back

Items that have been deliberately damaged, or that come back missing parts for reasons that aren't our error.

Your legal rights

Consumers in the EU and the UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the order is delivered. Our policy is that right, applied to every customer wherever they live. Nothing here limits any protection your local consumer law gives you.
